Sachi Geosynthetics Pvt Ltd has a range of Geosynthetics  Products in a mesh or grid made from Polymer. The purpose of GEOGRID is to reinforce or add strength to soil for applications including the strengthening of reinforced walls, pavements and highways, construction of earth walls, reinforcing embankments of earth dams, ponds, landfills, landslide repair and railway track reinforcement. The ribbed construction of Geogrid is designed to significantly increase the structural integrity of soils.

Bi-Axial Geogrids

Bi-axial Geogrids are square meshes of polypropylene (PP) and widely used as subsoil reinforcement. Their prominent characteristic is excellent mechanical properties under intermittent high loading. As a bi-axial mesh strength is equal in both machine and cross direction. As Granular materials are compacted into the apertures of the ID an interlocking effect is achieved. The stiffness of Geogrid allows for load at low strain. Ultimately highway design relies on economic solutions which Geogrid provides, allowing an estimated 40% reduction in granular materials with no less of performance.

Uni-Axial Geogrids

Uni-axial Geogrids are meshes with elongated apertures made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and are generally used as reinforcement of modular block walls, earth walls and slope and bridge abutments. Their primary characteristic is good creep performance with low strain and high tensile under constant load.

Polyester Geogrids

The Polyester Geogrids adopts industrial high tensile strength polyester yarn, and it manufactured after completing a series of processes, such as preparation, woven, post arrangement PVC coating with high temperatures etc. 

Fiberglass Geogrids

Fiberglass Geogrids is kind of fine geosynthetic for enhancing road surface, old road, roadbed and soft soil foundation. It has become non-replaceable material in disposing asphalt road surface reflection crack. This product adopts high strength alkali free glass fiber and is woven into net backing material through advanced warp knitting technology and receives coating treatment. It is semi-rigid product. It has very high tensile strength in lateral and longitude directions and lower extensibility, resistance to high temperature and low temperature. Aging and corrosion. It has extensive application in enhancing asphalt pavement, cement road surface and roadbed, dyke protective slope, airport pavement, sediment control etc.

Polyester Geocomposite

Polyester Geocomposite is a high strength geocomposite using the separation and filtration performance of a regular polyester, reinforced with high tenacity polyester yarns. These reinforcement fibers are permanently combined with the non-woven base by weft insertion knitting to provide a very strong multi-functional geosynthetics


Geomembranes are impermeable sheets used in the containment and management of solids, liquids and gases. Common applications include storm cells, waste management, gas management, mining, water, waste water, ditch lining, agriculture, aquaculture and other industrial activities. Geomembranes are manufactured from HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE, polypropylene, butyl rubber and reinforced polyethylene. Membrane performance is ultimately reliant on the quality of installation. Geotextiles are permeable fabrics which, when used in association with soil, have the ability to separate, filter, reinforce, protect, or drain. Geotextiles are of two types – Woven and Non-Woven Geotextiles. These products have a wide range of applications and are currently used to advantage in many civil engineering applications including roads, airfields, railroads, embankments, retaining structures, reservoirs, canals, dams, bank protection and coastal engineering. Geotextiles four main functions are Filtration, Drainage, Separation and Reinforcement.
